Founder & Owner
James is a dedicated professional in social services with a background in social work. James brings a background in mass communication and social work, along with years of hands-on experience in the field. From his early work as a DSP to roles in county and local social services, he has always been driven by a passion for people. In 2013, he founded OCS with a clear vision: to build a team-centered organization that empowers others and creates lasting impact.
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Rose brings a strong foundation in accounting and leadership in human services to her role, where she oversees the overall success of OCS. Known for her positive energy and motivational spirit, she inspires teams to work hard and thrive. Rose believes there are no mistakes-only lessons and approaches every challenge as an opportunity for growth.
Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Anna earned a BS in Communication and Sociology in 2012 and brings a wealth of human services experience, from Direct Support Professional to Executive Leadership. She is dedicated to operational excellence, cultivating a thriving workplace, and is excited to help build a strong, empowering future together.
Chief People Officer (CPO)
Liz holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Capella University and brings a deep passion for supporting people in the workplace. As Chief People Officer at OCS, she is dedicated to creating an inclusive, supportive, and welcoming employee experience. Liz’s commitment to people-first practices helps drive a culture where everyone can thrive.
Chief Strategy Officer (CSO)
Ilesha holds a degree in Social Work and brings extensive experience in human services, along with a background in Army logistics. She brings a powerful blend of leadership, creativity, and strategic thinking. Ilesha is passionate about aligning teams, strengthening systems, and fostering an inclusive culture.
